With more than 10 years of experience, Catalano is a noted human rights leader and founder. 

Catalano was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2021 for her impact of changing the world.

Catalano's human rights laws and policies have passed internationally. Catalano has introduced and gotten passed new international laws and policies for women's rights, workplace rights, children's rights, democracy, and peace between international states, affecting millions of people worldwide.

She has succeeded as an international human rights leader on the world's stage. Catalano has spoken often at the United Nations, and other international government arenas including being invited by presidents, foreign leaders, and governments to speak at global government hearings, events, and meetings.

Presidents of countries and world leaders alike have called Catalano, "one of the most important human rights leaders of our time." 
 
Catalano is the Founder and Chairman of The Global Legal Fund for Human Rights and Peaces, which houses The Christina Catalano Institute for Human Rights and Peace, an international human rights institute which focuses on international peace efforts and human rights law.

She is also the Founder and CEO of Thrive Innovation, an education startup that creates innovative solutions and teaching services for clients, in which Catalano was recognized as a disruptive startup by Forbes Under 30. It has over 2 million users a year.

Additionally, Catalano is also the Founder and Chairman of The RISE Anti-Bullying Initiative, which has grown to become one of the largest and amongst the most recognized anti-bullying initiatives in the world in just 5 years with several recorded firsts. The RISE Anti-Bullying Initiative has partnerships with some of the largest organizations and powerhouses in North America, Africa, Asia, Australia, and Europe.

Along with her accomplishments in human rights, many consider Catalano the founder of the global anti-bullying movement. Catalano created the first global anti-bullying program and widely-accepted global guidelines that directly address bullying, which is currently being used in 5 continents - Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, and Australia. It is also the first anti-bullying program to ever be adopted globally. Moreover, Catalano introduced anti-bullying into the continent of Africa and all African countries for the first time, and is the largest and only globally-approved anti-bullying curriculum in the world, which has reached over 7 million people.

Catalano's policies, which she single-handedly introduced, created, wrote, and fought for passed at the United Nations include changing the United Nations Global Agenda to include anti-bullying under the United Nations Global Goals and onto the United Nations Agenda for the first time ever - this landmark win alone changed world history, and affects approximately 3 billion people worldwide in 193 countries annually.
